In cooperation with the State of Tyrol and the Ötzi Village & Bird of Prey Park, the Family Festival with the State of Tyrol will take place on June 21, 2026 (alternative date: July 5, 2026). The festival will be opened by Regional Councillor Astrid Mair at 10.45 a.m.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., numerous activities for families to join in and marvel at await visitors at the Ötzi Village and Bird of Prey Park in Umhausen.
With a Family Pass, Youth Card, or EuregioFamilyPass, visitors receive a 50% discount on the combined admission to the Ötzi Village & Bird of Prey Park:
Adults: instead of €27.10, only €13.50
Children aged 6–15: instead of €13.60, only €6.80
Children under 6 years: free admission
Additionally, the “Grandma + Grandpa Bonus” is valid.
Program for the whole family from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.:
- Spectacular bird flight demonstrations at the Bird of Prey Park: 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
(Admission opens 30 minutes before each flight demonstration – no admission during the show) - Exciting free guided tours at the Ötzi Village: 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., and 3:30 p.m.
- Presentation of Neolithic craftsmanship techniques such as stone working, Ötzi’s fire-making methods, and boiling water with heated stones
- Children’s program: bread baking, stone and Ötzi tattoo painting, pottery
- Photo session with “Ötzi-Erich”
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Land Tirol und dem Ötzi-Dorf & Greifvogelpark findet am 21. Juni 2026 (Ersatztermin 05.07.2026) das Familienfest mit dem Land Tirol statt. Eröffnet wird das Fest von Landesrätin Astrid Mair.
Von 10 bis 16 Uhr warten im Ötzi-Dorf und Greifvogelpark in Umhausen zahlreiche Angebote für Familien zum Mitmachen und Staunen.
